Jon Fausz

Jon Fausz is a cybersecurity and IT professional with more than 16 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, and business management. As 4BIS’s primary cybersecurity trainer, Jon has led hundreds of training sessions and presentations, helping businesses and their employees better understand today’s cyber risks.

Jon also leads the 4BIS cyber risk assessment team and has overseen security assessments for organizations across a variety of industries. His background in hands-on IT support and company leadership gives him a practical perspective on cybersecurity. He understands that effective security requires finding the right balance between protection, usability, and budget.

Jon is passionate about continuing to learn and, just as importantly, sharing that knowledge with others.
